“This house was just right for four adults. The additional bunk room would be fun for kids as well. Nice attention to detail and ‘if you forgot’ items. Comfortable beds. Very clean! The weather let us have a great view of the stormy lake but the outdoor space would be great for sitting and playing. Host was very attentive and friendly. ”

“Our family traveled to Saint Albans to experience the Vermont Maple Festival. We loved our time at the lake house. The kids enjoyed playing around the lake. The views were great. We were close to some great food and bwverage choices. We are already planning our return trip to Vernont during the otbsr seasons. We will be staying here again!!!”

“This is our second day at the house and once again we had a wonderful visit. House is clean well stocked for cooking, clean beds and bathroom and a classic A-frame style. Direct access off the back deck down to the water was key as we ice fished directly behind the house. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for getaway in northern Vermont.. ”

The house is very nicely decorated, with a lot of thoughtful touches such as 2 kinds of coffee makers, robes in the bathrooms, and supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Owners have great taste, furnishings and artwork were lovely. We had a wonderful stay.”

“Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock……
