“We booked in the morning, arrived the same day. I did not want to make a 6h drive to disney just to be completly exhausted. “已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。”

“We were unsure what to expect as there were only a few previous reviews, but all good, and it seemed good value. Online it looked very nice. On arrival we had a little difficulty identifying the accommodation from the car park, but a phone call quickly sorted that.
