The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a bunk bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. In the third bedroom, there is a separate bedroom for parents with a high double bed. Additional beds, if necessary, include a sofa bed in the living room and a children's travel bed. For year-round guests, there is a private hot tub with warm water waiting for you to use.
The apartment has its own private backyard with a large gas grill and a group of tables.

During the winter season, you can use children's and adults' snowshoes, ski equipment, sticks, slides, kick sleds and children's snow shovels for snow games for winter outdoor activities. The apartment is located near the river and the arctic ice road, which is a short walk away. In the yard in the evenings, if you're lucky, you can see the wonderful northern lights. In winter, a free ski trail leaves from the river where you can ski along the longest river in Finland, the Kemijoki, in the wonderful winter scenery.
The distance from the destination to the center is 2.8 km, the nearest bus stop is 300m away, taxis are easily available to the destination all year round. The apartment also includes free parking. Santa Claus's village is easily accessible from the site, which is 9 kilometers away. You can easily reach the destination by car or taxi in less than 10 minutes. Good access also by public transport.
