“New build or newly remodeled. Condo was spacious and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Kitchen lacked some basic equipment such as a pasta strainer and a wine opener (thankfully we had one with us). Would rent again. ”

“This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. ”

“Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. ”

“Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!”

“Very short walk to beach and boardwalk, property is very clean and cozy and owner is easy to reach out to response from owner is very quick.”

“The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach. We could have walked to Salem for the shipping but was too hot. We found it close to Salem so……

“This cottage is great and has everything that you need. We stayed here for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The owners are receptive and respond right away if you need anything. You cannot beat the location as you can be at the beach every day in just minutes. We hope to return in the future!”

“We had a family wedding in Beverly and needed a pet friendly House as we have 2 dogs that go everywhere with us. The House was great, plenty of room for all of us, very roomy, and comfortable rooms , comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning as it was a scorcher one day, so close to everything, parks, stores, Salem Center, coffee shops, restaurants, and the wedding venue. Meg, property owner was incredible, stopped by to meet us, made sure we got in OK. Just a great get-away for all of us.……

“The host of the property met us at check in to introduce himself and to make sure our stay was all we expected it to be. The views of the ocean were amazing, the king bed was very comfortable and the walking distance to the beach and shopping were just a few minutes away. We will definitely be coming back for our next ocean getaway!”

“We stayed a week at Micah's place while visiting family in Hampton Beach. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was well stocked with supplies and there was planty of room for all guests. The decor was amazing and there were plany of games to entertained. Micah was great at responding to questions quickly. We loved this place so much, we've already booked for next year!”

“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”
