“The experience we had with Anna the host was appalling. About a week out from check in Anna tells me that we could no longer stay at this house that I booked back in January 10 months ago. We had booked hair and makeup to come to the house for Melbourne Cup, organised cars to pick us up, we had 7 people and little dogs which had to be reorganised, so at such short notice we had no choice but to accept. She did give us a refund of $600 for the difference in price (which I am still waiting for 16……

“We had a lovely stay in this well appointed tiny house in Bunding. With beautiful views and a private dam to enjoy, it met all our expectations. The hosts were fantastic and kindly allowed me to change my dates when I inadvertently booked the wrong date initially! Huge thanks. Highly recommend.”

“The Host Joy made us most welcome and had left nothing wanting. Many extras and home made treat was waiting for us, along with the wood fire burning. “Blackwood is a beautiful place, easy 15 minutes drive to St Anne’s winery, Daylesford and Trentham falls. The newly renovated Blackwood hotel has excellent service and the Greendale hotel is the best kept secret, with a broad menu selection and an outdoor area that is massive. The Blackwood home we stayed at easily accommodated the 8 of us and the owners were quite generous with what they offer in the home. ”

“Had a wedding to attend and didn’t want to drive back to Melbourne afterwards. This lovely unit was perfect. We could all get ready in comfort because it was about 36c outside. Spacious enough for our purpose. Perfect communication with property manger. Highly recommend. ”
