Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. “Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Regenwald. Zimmer ist 1/2 einer Hütte mit Terasse. Großes Bett, kein Kühlschrank. Schöne Parkanlage, nettes Personal. Gute Frühstück im Restaurant wo man auch abends gut essen kann. Zufahrt über eine enge Privatstraße, die keinen Gegenverkehr erlaubt und deshalb per Funk geregelt wird. Angebote wie Führungen, ZIP-Line und Seilbahn sind direkt vor Ort. Seilbahnfahrt ist schön, aber sehr teuer. Wir würden wieder kommen.”
