“Beautiful, serene property located on a river full of ducks, geese, and herons. You cant go wrong staying here. ”

“The space was sparkling clean and it was really nice to have 4.5 baths. There were a couple of issues. The place sleeps 12 but there were only 7 forks, 4 dinner size plates and a few cups/glasses. The cups were not an issue because most people brought theirs. There were some smaller size plastic plates like high-end throw away plates. Also, 2 of the 5 beds were incredibly uncomfortable to the point that two of the girls slept in other peoples beds. Other than that, the location was great and the……

“We had a wonderful time and felt at home in the house. It is a nice, clean, and comfortable older home. The neighborhood is amazing: real peaceful and quiet and safe. The host was very responsive to questions and requests. Extra touches like the supplied coffee and soaps were great. We would stay again in this house.”

“Very much a younger person house. Could be more neutral age 20-65. Example regular dining room table instead of high cafe style. Needs to be more useful to kids and older people. ”

Good location-close to many restaurants and a grocery store. We felt safe and took walks in the neighborhood. We would stay here again in the future!”

“The home itself is updated and very clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location of the home is on a busy road and was a bit noisy. The keypad was a bit finicky but after figuring it out it was ok. The home is 10 mins to Duke University which was very convenient for our visit. ”

“The house location and rooms and backyard were so great, as is the kitchen! There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Here's suggestion for improvement: the light in the master bedroom wouldn't turn on, and the remote that controls it was missing; the vent in the bedroom hallway needs to be cleaned or replaced because it blew out very dirty air. Other than that, the house was very clean. Thank you!”
