“This home is located is a great location. The home itself is very nice. It is an older home, However, it’s been very well maintained and is updated in all the important areas and is extremely nice to use. Communication with landlord was seem-less and easy. “We loved our stay in Layton. We had three small children with us on our trip and they loved all the toys. It was nice to have the extra children items, such as crib, high chair, bathtub. The kids also loved the clean pool and we saw two deer two of the nights that were eating in the grass behind the property. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids.”

“Needed to stay close to a friend in Farmington. Property was just the right distance. Also easy to get to Big/Little Cottonwood Skiareas as well as Snowbasin. Kitchen well staffed - albeit we only used kitchen for breakfast. Had a great stay at the property. ”
