“The home was comfortable and spacious. The location would have been great if it were not for the smell of rotten eggs that permeated the 2nd bedroom and the outdoors. We understood that it was because of the marsh on both sides and decomposing seagrass but it made the outside unusable and the stay in the second bedroom miserable. We are not sure if it is a seasonal occurrence or an all the time thing.”

“The worst part about this property was having to pack up and depart— seriously! Hands down, this was one of my favorite VRBO homes to date. There was no reason to leave home, with a fully equipped kitchen and beachfront access with. 20 yards. What more could you want ? ”

“Fantastic location right in the heart of Hopkins. Nice spot on the beach with palm tree shade. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. All modern amenities including AC and washer/dryer. I would absolutely stay here again!!”

“Great stay. Our hosts were helpful and the caretakers were there as well to ensure things went well. We were able to cook easily and enjoyed evenings relaxing with a view of the river. Birds were amazing. Will come again”

From procuring a ride to and from the airport, to telling us about all the great things to do and see, to checking up on us and making sure there is nothing else we needed. “The house was perfect for each family to have their own room - so spacious and comfortable. The teens shared the beds in the loft. We used the sea kayaks and the pool many times and loved the upper deck at night.Shelley and her crew greeted us upon arrival and got us nicely oriented to the house. We also used Shelley to prepare 6 meals total which made our vacation even more relaxing. The house is walkable to a few bars/restaurants but we drive to the grocery and options in “downtown” Hopkins.”

“Attended a friends wedding in the area. This is our second trip to the area and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. Close to shopping, beach bars and other fun places to visit. A/C units and ceiling fans in each room to keep you cool. Great view. Great pool. Great staff. All around 5 star stay!”

“This was the best spot!!! You are right in the middle of Hopkins. Everything is within walking distance. The beach is literally right on your doorstep. A great brunch spot is moments away. There's a grocery store kitty corner to you. And excellent restuarants are a short walk away. Plenty of breeze- especially when you open the blinds. A kitchen that will meet all of your needs. A shower that has pressure. And the balcony...oh boy. You will spend hours enjoying the sound of the ocean, the wind,……
