On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a Super-King sleeps 2, it can also be set with 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom has a King-size bed, which too can be set into 2 single beds. There is an option for 4 to sleep on separate beds (sharing 2 in a room) or 2 on a bed; a double sofa bed is available which can sleep up to 2 people. Towels and bed linen are provided. Lillington has sufficient local amenities. It is a friendly neighbourhood less than 2 miles from Leamington centre, with highly regarded restaurants, cafes, salons, boutiques, and high-street stores.
