The staff were very helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is nothing short of incredible—right outside the vibrant part of town filled with cafés, bars, and all the energy you want when visiting this beautiful city. It felt like being in the heart of everything, yet the building itself was safe, welcoming, and well……

“Modern, clean, beautiful hotel in the old town. Great, friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant too. Wonderful breakfast setup. Be aware, no access by car so park at one of the recommended underground garages and roll yourselves over. Takes about 7 minutes. ”

“Our stay was excellent. Oscar and staff were super helpful. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure packs a good punch! It’s a little noisy with the traffic, so just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.”

“Clean, spacious, close to everything! We loved Amaya at the front desk, she was so helpful and the after hours check in was simple. The room was beautiful with a huge outdoor patio including table and chairs. The living room and room each had a door to the patio. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location is very close walking distance to the beach and old town, and there’s a restaurant, and small grocery store right downstairs! The hotel provided coffee pods in the room with a coffee……

“Excellent location. Room very small but adequate. Very noisy, can hear other guests coming in and out and using the toilet. Take ear plugs! Location makes up for it”

“Location: Great location as it was an esy walk to everythingvyet far enouhh away from the crowds. Hotel: Very nice, clean, modern. Has a wonderful roof top deck with bar and pool which provide great views over the city and water. Gym is very well equiped. Great breakfast. Rooms: very nice and clean. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff: Wonderful and especially the breakfast staff. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. San Sebastian is a wonderful city to visit.”
