“Clean and lots of space. Hot tub was very nice with a fairly private view of trees. Might have been over chlorinated, because my skin got irritated. Very quiet with a variety of businesses in easy reach. Amenities were pretty generic. They provided a little courtesy bag with coffee filters, dish soap, etc. No personal touches but it was exactly as advertised. ”

“The property was spotless, well appointed, very close to restaurants and a short drive to the Biltmore Estate which was the reason for our stay. I love how there were 2 bedrooms down stairs and another little living area downstairs as well. The only complaint that I have is that the hot tub was very much over chlorinated. We couldn't run the jets because it burned our eyes and made us cough and it also stung our skin. We could only use it for a few minutes. But, hey, at least we knew it was……

“The house was appealing, looking at photos on the website, but we thought we would be in the woods, not in the middle of a neighborhood--our fault for not checking into it further. There were dead bees all over the floor in the master bedroom when we got there. We cleaned them up then someone came the next day to spray (again--that's why they were dead, but obviously were getting into the house somehow). Also the other toilet upstairs didn't flush well and you had to wait a few minutes in……

“The Grafton Lodge, and particularly suite #6, exceeded our expectations. The property was well maintained and manicured, and our suite was unbelievable. It was beautiful, well furnished and decorated, and very clean. But most important, the King bed was very comfortable...we slept like babies. ”
