“Lovely, cosy apartment in a beautiful part of England. Perfect for a couple who enjoy walking/hiking. The Malvern hills are a must!!.Would also recommend trips to Ross and Ledbury. “We had a wonderful time at Bank Cottage. Well equipped and lovely and clean. The garden was excellent for our dog. The decking area was fab. Only thing to consider lots of steps so not good for people with mobility issues. We will definitely be back. Wine was a nice welcome x”

“Unfortunately I did not see the step down on your paved patio. I fell rather badly and hurt both feet. As this was a walking break it completely ruined my experience. I think you should do something to highlight the step so people can see it more easily.”

“Antonia, the property manager was very welcoming and helpful before and during our stay. The Shed sits down the hill from the main house, on its own, and overlooks beautiful green rolling hills, tucked up in the country. Roads are a bit tricky but Antonia gives great directions and WAZE also helps. We were on a 4 day holiday from the U.S. and The Shed had everything we needed and was decorated so nicely. We loved the sheep as well. It was the perfect countryside getaway for some needed R&R.……

Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! ”
