"Hotel perfectly situated off the motorway. Nice clean room. Only problem was the air conditioning. Terrible and we stayed in May. Had to open the window but then had the road noise. Staff efficient - maybe could have been a little friendlier. Had a nice meal in the restaurant. Dog friendly."

Lovely hotel.
"Lovely hotel. Not sure it warrants four stars, but very friendly and clean. One thing, the windows open outwards with the opening starting only 6 inches from the floor on the third floor with a nothing to stop someone falling out. I have a photo but cant upload. Sorry."

"Al ver las fotos esperábamos estar en una casa con una chimenea muy bonita, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la chimenea no se podía usar, que estaba anulada. Además de la foto, la casa sale cuando buscas casas en Frías con chimenea. Deberían corregir esto y eliminar la foto del dosier de la ..."

"El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en el anuncio. Está super limpio y tiene de todo para pasar una agradable estancia en Villarcayo. La persona que nos atendió es muy amable y estuvo al tanto de todo. Lo recomiendo 100%"
