“I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. “Anmerkung zum Zimmer: das war unser 4. Besuch im Landhotel Dörr. Bisher hatten wir immer super schöne Zimmer. Diesmal waren wir im Zimmer 15 untergebracht, Buchung Standard-Doppelzimmer mit u.a. Blick aufs Tal. Die Fenster hatten Kellerfenstercharakter, d. h. Außenfensterbank bündig mit Pflasterung, darauf Grillplatz mit anschießendem Tagungsraum. Es war kein Blick irgendwohin möglich. Wir haben uns nicht direkt beschwert, da wir uns den Kurzurlaub nicht mit einer Nörgelei in der ersten Stunde……

“We spend 2 nights (Friday - Sunday). Hotel is typically occupied Monday - Friday so there is nobody at the desk. You are given a code to retrieve keys to your room via email. Room was very nice and clean … desk had a refridgerator stocked with beverages… surrounding area was very quiet … small town feel!!! Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety!!! I can highly recommend this hotel!!!”

“Schon beim Check in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und über alles wichtige informiert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt auch als nicht Hundebesitzer. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, das Essen ist sehr empfehlenswert und auch sehr fair vom Preis. Latrop selber bietet auch einiges wie einen Park mit Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Spazieren nach einem sehr guten reichhaltigen Essen.”

“Das Einchecken war schnell und problemlos. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren zwar nicht groß, aber sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück wurde mir ein Tisch zugewiesen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotelgästen, außerdem wurde mein Tisch nicht zwischendurch abgeräumt, wie bei den anderen Gästen. Kann das wohl daran liegen, das ich eine alleinreisende Frau war ?”
