“The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund. The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Apartment was clean and tidy. Very spacious and they provided extra covers and towels which i……

“El apartamento esta muy bien, está en una zona con un centro comercial cercano en el cual se puede comprar y comer, hay varios supermercados y aunque yo no fui al spa ni al gimnasio es un punto tenerlo tan cerca. La única pega que puedo poner es que están muy mal insonorizados y se oye todo, todo lo del vecino”

“Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana.”

“The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks. The location was also really good just on the outskirts of the main city centre, but still a main road with loads shops (and some excellent bakeries),……
