“My friends, my dog, and I stayed at this property and loved it! It had everything we needed, it was secluded and allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and relax. Ken stopped by to drop off bug spray which we greatly appreciated during our fire! I appreciated the cleanliness of everything too. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we all want to get together!”

“Location was great for exploring Stevens Point. House was great size for 8 adults. Bella loved the fenced in yard.Couldn't use the patio as cushions were soaked. Make sure someone has memorized door code as it was eliminated from text 24 hours prior to checkout. Were able to find phone number and issue was resolved but inconvenient. ”

“Tims place on the river was a great place for family to gather and hang out for our son's graduation weekend. We were surprised at how roomy the place was for all of us to relax and enjoy the weekend. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate and we couldn't enjoy the patio and dock more, but we found the inside a cozy place to hang out during the rain. The paved walk path was great for walking the dog as well!Another nice part was that there isn't a lot of houses or traffic in the immediate area,……

“This was a beautiful property. The only complaint we had was the mold in the refrigerator in the garage bar. The property manager communicated promptly with all of our questions and concerns. The online check out instructions did not match the instructions in the house. Overall, we all had a very enjoyable stay. ”

“Good place if you want to stay off the grid. The no WiFi and how many mosquitoes, was the two only inconveniences.”

“Our stay was great! The house was very spacious and we were able to spread out. I honestly think it was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely look for this one again if we return to the area.”
