“La casa tiene posibilidades, pero hay que invertir, sobre todo si la alquilas en invierno.Es una casa muy fría con una estufa de pellets en el salón, junto con una chimenea de leña que no da para calentar la casa. Hay estufas en todas las habitaciones que no calientan nada, y si además enchufas el lavavajillas y el extractor la luz salta. Hay que salir fuera de la parcela a un cuadro eléctrico situado en un camino a rearmar la luz. La instalación eléctrica es viejísima y habría que cambiarla,……
