I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff during my stay — everyone was welcoming and helpful, which made a great impression. However, there were a couple of concerns I’d like to share. The most significant issue was the noise level from neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep due to loud disturbances late into the night and again early in the morning. Around 3 a.m., an alarm went off in a neighboring room. While I appreciated the prompt response from the front desk — staff did come and address the situation — the guests remained awake and active, which continued to disrupt my rest throughout the night. Additionally, I had some concerns about cleanliness. Upon entering the room, there was a strong chlorine odor, particularly in the bathroom, which made it difficult to breathe comfortably. The bathroom itself also had an aged smell. Some towels had visible stains and did not appear clean, although one towel was in good condition. On another positive note, breakfast was thoughtfully arranged with a good variety of options, and once again, the staff was consistently kind and attentive.

Love the room size, king size bed mattress was really comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have too many options to choose from but it was ok. The only problem was parking. Parking lot too small for hotel and restaurant. We had a problem with people upstairs that were stomping like elephants at 1 am but the front desk attendant was very helpful and he quickly responded and solved the problem. Thank you so much for that.

Clean room, great lighting inside and out. Parking was available. Staff was pleasant. Brefas was good other than the coffee was not brewed but a machine dispenser which I was not pleased with.

Had hair in the bed in BOTH rooms we reserved and one of my towels had black stuff on it . I booked a King bed preferably on ground level because my mom is a disabled amputee and the gave me a twin bed and still charged me for the king room when I went to complain about it I was told they gave my room to someone else because he was handicapped which my mother also was.
