服務不好

"自己和家人多次入住，之前就覺得櫃檯服務不是很親切主動，而且訂購海景房會城市景這一次定海景房，還是給城市景，我只好到櫃台反應，櫃檯一點不好意思的態度都沒有，服務真的很糟後來的換房，一進去就有噪音，我只好再重新下樓換房，我總共下樓換房四次，櫃檯一點感到抱歉的服務都沒有，當時已經半夜～對於飯店的服務感到非常不滿車子抵達大門口，門口服務員也沒有主動幫忙拿行李整個飯店的服務水準真的太差"

"They hve new convenient grocery along the building, my room is spacious & very clean. I enjoyed the most is the best view at the swimming pool area located at highest floor. Not bad. Highly recommend."

"Bersih but bagi customer bawa sendiri sabun syampoo and toiletries. Tidak dibekalkan. Hati-hati ketika masuk or keluar lift kerana lift mudah Tertutup dengan cepat dan kena alert dgn button. Toilet lampu malap bagi bilik 302. Overall the better place, grow the business in future. See you again when ..."

Short family stay

"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries.
