“I highly recommend anyone looking to relax in the summer time to choose this hotel. The main reason I gave this hotel a 5-star review is due to the staff. By the pool, Nadim was at my side willing to help me with anything I needed, and was friendly and likable. Rima was a great waitress. The dining staff was also excellent, especially Iman and Sybell, the hostess and waitress at their dine-in restaurant. They were very helpful and lovely. I also loved this hotel's facilities and amenities.……

“great location just above the beach , you can hear the waves from bed . Very comfy rooms , great restaurant and entertainment on roof top. security , staff are all awesome . Their front desk ( specially Mariana ) has a great customer service .”

“Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. There was minimal amount of facilities or amenities. It's a shame because it's a very nice flat with……

“Aley Suites is a very good hotel. The rooms were so clean and the service was so good. Also the staff were super helpful and so kind. If i have the chance to go back again to Aley surely i will stay in Aley suites.”

“Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. ”
