We stayed in the new building and the room overlooked the ocean which was lovely. The Bar had a duo that was excellent and every staff member from check-in, to the bar associates to the check-out team were very courteous and friendly. One ask: the room had one bathroom mirror; it would be great to have at least one mirror outside of the bedroom (to do hair and makeup, for example.) Other than that, everything was fantastic!

I did not get the room I reserved. Front desk was unhelpful resolving. Room was so noisy no one could sleep. I contacted the front desk twice during the night about the noise. We had to change hotels and was refused a refund.

There was coffee in the lobby area, but no milk or creamer of any kind wet or dry. There is no dining and there are no snacks for sale. The room had no carpeting and no blanket for the bed. No active fan in bathroom, so showers steam up the mirror. Confusing TV with two remotes. Nice views from upper floors, although the front balcony looks to the ocean across a busy road. I felt like I paid for the view, but the room was not especially comfortable, and not a great value for the money. I won't be staying at Beach Walk again.

The room was great, staff was friendly and helpful, and we were seconds from the beach. It's very cool how the front of the hotel faces the ocean and the rear of the hotel faces the Navasink. Both good views and good fishing. I will def return. Thanks!

1) Dirty windows on the balcony covered in salt from the air 2) Tub didn’t drain at all so you’re left standing in your dirty shower water 3) Floors throughout bedroom were dirty as if house keeping had never once been in there 4) Pillows were flat and small despite having a king bed 5) Appliances in the room were half broken. The iron kept spilling out water and staining clothes and the ironing board was broken 6) Most egregious: it was *pouring* rain all weekend and we asked to borrow some umbrellas and were told they wouldn’t give umbrellas to guests until Memorial Day weekend. Like, what?

Oceanfront view was spectacular. Quiet but were there during off season. Location was EXCELLENT! Within easy walking distance of several great restaurants and very short drive to many more. Room was clean and looked recently renovated.

They gave us the wrong room with less occupancy and one less bed that we booked for. It was a major inconvenience for us. Accommodating the reservation should be the top priority. They said they would give us a refund and there was no response or communication on this. First time ever experiencing anything like this.
