“Not as pictured. It appeared someone was living at the property and left for the weekend. Did not feel comfortable at the property. The refrigerator and freezer were filled with food. A Christmas tree in a box was left in the living room. Various boxes were in the dining area. The lawn in the back was not mowed. The showers were dirty. We would have left but had our elderly mother with us and didn’t have alternative Arrangements. Very disappointing.”

“Property well suited for the graduation celebration. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodated our needs. The younger adults enjoyed playing pool in the game room. Reported that the beanbag and ottoman needed vacuuming due to pet hair and that high touch areas such as refrigerator door handles were not clean. Resolved by pending reimbursement of cleaning fee. ”

“We stayed to take a campus tour of High Point University and the place is beautiful! The townhome is extremely clean, cozy, and the owner provides you with the majority of what you need. The owner is the best and is quick to respond with any questions you may have. We will be coming back. ”
