“Beautifully renovated house with a gorgeous view. It’s not far from the road, but situated in such a way that it’s extremely private. The stream made for some really fun waddling, and the waterfall makes you want to spend every minute on the deck. It’s close enough to Pilot Mountain and Hanging rock that we could spend the day hiking and come back to the hot tub and a drink on the deck. Small rambunctious children need close supervision, but our toddler did great and had a blast.”

“We needed a place to stay close to a wedding venue. It was a great location for that. Neighborhood is nice. Home was clean upon arrival. The house worked well for our group as far as sleeping, bathing & seating in living room area. Beds were comfortable & bath towels/cloths were plenty. Backyard is quite large with a very small patio. “Fantastic stay at the beautiful Poplar house! Claire and Joe are great hosts, they made it all easy during check in and check out, communicated everything in advance and during the stay. Everything you need to enjoy the stay is provided. The house is just perfect and so comfortable. This is definitely a home I will be coming back to. The house sits on a lively space.
