“An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). To our horror we found that the room had No Air-Conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and all they had in the room was a ceiling fan. There were bugs in the room due to the heat. “Our stay here was perfect. The house was super clean and had all we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and even had sharp knives, which can be hard to come by in some places. The large dining table was perfect for dinner and games and the stove kept us toasty warm. The owners were just a text away and.very friendly!”

“This small house was a perfect place for me and my dogs to stay during my trip to Western MA. It is quiet and convenient to shopping, restaurants etc. The fenced yard is very big and perfect for my two dogs to run and play. Full size kitchen with disposal and dishwasher made life easy. Great stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed in Holyoke as my daughter was performing at UMASS Amherst and this was a great location only 25 minutes of so away from campus. The home is spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms. A very clean and well maintained the home. Would definitely recommend and will visit again!! ”
