“Great stay for three old buddies! Good vommunication from owner. This is a large house of three levels. Nice setup with a bathroom on all levels. We fished in the small private pond on the subdivision with good success. About 40 fish in four hours between the three of us. Nothing huge but we were kept active. Used the kitchen for all meals. ”

“Before arriving I emailed the owner and asked if there were any other instructions or info I needed to check in? He replied no, have a great weekend. So upon arrival we encounter a key lock, which we had anticipated but saw there was no code included in any of our correspondence? So here we are, at our destination, after 5 hours of driving and we’re stuck on the porch! I messaged the host, and while waiting on a response we unloaded our luggage and supplies, and sat on the porch. I’m sure it was……

“This was a very quiet relaxing spot. The view from the hotel room is gorgeous. The patio overlooking Lake Cumberland was so relaxing. Rent a boat or bring one it is a boaters dream come true. The office staff was great very friendly. House keeping was great. I would highly recommend this location. The areas around was great. All the parks and nature areas. The views are breath taking. We were only three hours away from home. A vacation we truly needed . ”

“What a cozy, relaxing home and location! The house is well stocked; plenty of kitchen supplies from plates, pots and pans to spices and paper products. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets available for colder nights or wrapping up on the couch. The only suggestion we have are some beach towels for use with the hot tub.The brook behind the house was soothing and the upper deck was great for catching some spring sunshine on. “The cabin was clean and beautiful and convenient to the boat ramp. We loved it! Even the outside trash cans were clean! Cooking for 8 people in the evenings was easy since the kitchen was stocked with more than enough kitchen supplies. It was probably the best supplied rental we’ve ever stayed at. Great stay from start to finish. Zero problems and great communication from the host, Chris. Thankful for the first aid kit too. We will likely book this again next year. ”
