“The cottage seemed roomy for a one bedroom...very nice layout. The kitchen and bath were modern, comfy bed, large tvs, really everything we needed.we loved the screened-in porch and the deck. We played cards on the deck and grilled. We caught some small sunfish off the dock and enjoyed seeing deer, heron and ducks/ducklings each day.We didn't get out on the water, but the dock, kayaks, and ladder were awesome amenities.The steps down to the water were wide and well maintained, but challenging……

“Location location location!Best spot on the lake.Its close to everything by land and water just 2 miles from the dam by water.Nice no wake cove makes it the perfect spot to relax and swim off the dock or relax in the hot tub.The 3 bdrm house has everything you need for the perfect vacation spot.”

“A very cute little place with a very comfortable king bed and a view of Jennings Branch Cove. Close to many attractions in Lake Ozark, yet quiet and secluded. Many nice appointments. ”

“This was a beautiful property. Owners were easily accessible to help with any issues. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The pool was clean and beautiful. Perfect atmosphere to celebrate our granddaughter’s 1st birthday. She visited for a couple of nights and there were 2 “pack and play” cribs and a high chair for her. Also, house was baby- proofed. Great location, too. ”

“Large house for a large gathering. Great space to enjoy. We loved the media room for movie nights and watching footballl. Our host was very responsive to our needs. The kitchen was a little sparse on things we needed like a decent can opener, spatulas, pairing knives, serving utensils and serving dishes. If you’re planning to cook big meals, just plan ahead. Location was amazing and with a boat dock included it would be great in the summer too. ”
