“We are a family of 5 with teens and a tween. We were here in winter when there was about 4 feet of snow. The last night a moose was munching on the trees across the street! When they say stairs are required they mean inside: it’s 3 floors. Two bedrooms and a bath on the first and a master bed and bath on the 3rd (really 2nd is just a landing) while there is a dishwasher and w/d, supplies were not available so if you plain to use, bring your own. It is close to most things you will want to do……
