“Kitchen pots and pans, excellent; plenty of silverware, could use little plates. bathroom fully stocked plus. Washer, dryer,stove, refrige supurb. Coffee apreciated. Rest of house fine. Think property manager should meet guests and go over all...days garbage collected, where to put recyclables. How to get in. Where parking is. Recommendations...we saw front door was open after we entered backdoor. Hard to close and latch. Should be fixed. Also rained a lot and appears basement floods through……

“Basement had a lot of space for the kids to run around. The only complaint was the kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as most of the places we’ve stayed in but it everything else was great!Thank you again so much. ”

“We have a large family and they have outgrown our home. So it was a nice location close to our house. It accommodated our son and his girlfriend in form marine corp in North Carolina, our daughter, he husband and 1 yr old, our other daughter husband and their 2 yr old. My 84 yr old mom my son and his 8 yr old son and me my wife and our 17 yr old with plenty of room”

“This property was above amazing. Clean and tidy with tons of space. Perfect location for a large group with adults and teenagers. The game room space was amazing.”

“We stayed over the week of a convention in Indianapolis. Great location, only around an hour from downtown Indianapolis. Made breakfast and dinner each day. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Only complaint was the lack of a few kitchen items (oven mitts, colander, dish rack), but not enough to lose a star. Plenty of places to sleep for a large group. Game room is great for teenagers. Very communicative and easy to work with hosts. Highly recommend. ”

“First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. Well...It didn't The House The Host were Perfect! I felt like I was Home again.After Reading the Reviews of this House I found out that some people You can NEVER please...Take out ALL of the Negative feedback and You have a GREAT Place to stay when you're in or around Kokomo,IN.We'll DEFINITELY be staying there……

“House was clean, bedrooms were the perfect size. Nice having 2 bathrooms, yard was a great size. Big seating area outside. House was stocked with everything we needed. Championship Park was right next door. Grand park was 20 minutes away. It was nice staying in Kokomo instead of Indianapolis. If staying for Grand Park its worth the drive. ”

“Charming place! It is evident that the host puts a lot of care and effort into providing a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The hot tub in the garden has a great ambiance. The beds were very comfortable. She has some unique features and pieces in her house that all combine to make for a great stay.”
