“Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! ”

“It was amazing I would recommend this place to all. The only thing I can think of is I’m short and was hard to get in big beds, a little stool would help. Beds were comfortable and big. Area was nice and quiet. Both porches were very nice.”

The host walked us through the house and showed us how to turn everything on and off, and showed us all the areas and how to properly maintain them and then left us alone for the whole stay. "multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. "
