“The house was small but comfortable and clean. Updated kitchen and floors. Beds were not comfortable and small. The driveway is limited to having you either back in from the road or back out onto a busy 2 lane road with limited view because of bushes. That being said it was fine for us. The owner did allow us drive onto his grass so we could back into the drive safely. However I would not say this is a pet friendly property. The fencing is not dog proof and the house sits very close to the……

“Exceeded our expectations! Host is excellent at communicating, houseboat is beautiful inside and out. Bed and couches are very comfortable for sleeping! Thankful for a fan available in the bedroom. Our favorite was sitting on the back deck and even a fishing pole available to cast. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfectly tucked away and waterfront while not too far of a drive to just about anything you would need. Very clean which is huge! Beds were super comfortable but the master is broken down on some of the edges. We did have close neighbors but rarely seen anyone until our last night. I would only have 2 suggestions. #1 and no fault to the owner but I didn’t notice in the listing there is no dishwasher. That is usually a given and no one wants to do dishes……
