“Amazing River View by the restaurant. Room is clean, and people here is very kindly. It's just about half hour from Steenwjk station to here by the bus via Geithorn. However, the last bus leave Steenwjk is about 1830 everyday. ”

“Ein sehr gemütliches Haus, sowohl das Restaurant als auch das Zimmer waren ansprechend. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko - deswegen nur 4 Sterne beim Komfort - eine sehr steile Treppe, die man besser nicht mit viel Gepäck herunter gehen sollte - immer eine Hand frei haben... Aber dafür war das Zimmer gross, das Bett bequem und das Bad sehr sauber.”

“Nice location with boat rental on site but you pay more for this convenience. Cottages were nothing special but adequate for our needs - very basic amenities, bath towels were laughable as they were the size of hand towels which may be good for Chinese visitors but not larger tourists. Easy walk from end of road. Staff made check in and out very easy. No privacy at all as the cottages are very close together including campers behind the cottages. Overall ok but if we came back may look around……

“There was no one there for checking into the hotel. There was a notice on the door with a local phone number. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE ACCESS in Europe. Luckily someone was coming to their room and was willing to call for us. We got access to a lock box with the room card. People in our group got a text from WhatsApp with details but they did not mention it on the notice on the door. We did arrive around midnight to the hotel.”

“Beautiful surroundings, welcoming and helpful hosts/staff. Accomodation is simple but has all you need and the patio out the front is perfect to relax with a drink + a book. Perfect for our short stay.”

“Unterkunft war solide, hätte etwas sauberer sein können. An einigen Stellen müsste ein Hausmeister nach korrigieren, z.B. Fenster nachstellen, Spülmaschinentür klemmt, Wasserhahn in der Küche locker. Aber das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis passte. Ein Toaster wäre wünschenswert.”

“Gutes Hotel,wenn man in der Nähe vom Isselmeer sein möchte.Oder Walibi Holland befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.Die Betten sind super bequeme und es gibt sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ”
