“Did not even come close to our expectations. We checked in just to have somewhere to catch our breath and look for alternative accommodation. Left without talking to the host as we didn't want to waste any more time there. It was a converted garage and the so called courtyard was non excistent as your car needed to be parked in what was in fact the driweway.”

“Based on previous reviews we were looking forward to our stay in Melfi and were not disappointed. The apartment is bright and modern and perfectly located within very short walking distance of cafes and restaurants as well as Melfi castle. Our host Giorgio was very friendly and gave us many recommendations for our stay and kept in touch to ensure everything was to our liking. Highly recommended property and a wonderful host. Thank you! ”

“We were looking for an out of the way quiet apartment to base a month trip to Italy. I had heard about Calitri from a House Hunters International show on HGTV. The people of the town were lovey....friendly and welcoming to us. I orginally was not going to have a car but I think it would have been very difficult to be in this town with a car to explore surrounding areas. Host was super quick to respond with questions we had. All in all a great month! ”

“After 2 weeks of wonderful non stop sightseeing, hiking and the wall to wall tourists of the entire Amalfi coast…Tenuta Santojanni was the PERFECTLY serene, visually stunning setting to appreciate the incredible Countryside of Italy. “mi è stata "assegnata" questa struttura,, in quanto quella da me prenotata era chiusa, ma l'indirizzo è stato comunicato all'ultimo momento ed era a 55 minuti i macchina, quindi non idonea. Ho chiesto un riscontro e magari un parziale rimborso NON HO MAI AVUTO NEMMENO UNA RISPOSTA”

“Such a gem! We really enjoyed our stay. The host was great and had an entire book of local places to see and places to eat! The house is within a reasonable distance from Salerno. We were able to catch the train from Salerno / Pompeii and Naples. We enjoyed our stay very much. it was perfect for our 3 dogs and our cat to run around in the completely enclosed property -surrounded by olive trees.”

“Un petit hôtel à l'ancienne comme il n'en existe plus beaucoup, situé dans une charmante petite ville de la Basilicate. Un peu dans son jus mais pour une étape ça passe. La chambre est correcte, le lit confortable et la salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. C'est très calme en revanche. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très varié avec beaucoup de pâtisseries "maison" mais un peu sèches à mon goût. Il y a une pizzeria juste à côté, non testée. La ville a son petit charme mais il ne vaut……
