Perfect Retreat in Luxury & Historical Manor House
Welcome to our spacious, seaside Victorian Manor. Nestled in the peaceful, protected ancient woodland in Binstead, it provides the perfect balance between the countryside, seaside. A perfect getaway for up to 8 guests. It features a kitchen with an Aga, a grand living area with Log burner and huge front garden with the back leading directly to the beach. Perfect for creative reflective time and family breaks.

The space

You will be welcomed into a fully-furnished home equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The drawing room is at the heart of the home with its soft furnishings, tall ceilings, wooden flooring and cozy fireplace. After going for a long walk on the beach, catch up on some reading in the luxurious and well-designed space whilst your children play freely in the garden. When night falls, gather everyone together and huddle close to the fireplace to enjoy a movie night or glass of wine whilst catching up on your day.

Work up an appetite whilst visiting local attractions such as the famous Quarr Abby down the track and head out for a meal at a quaint pub or seaside restaurant. Sit at the dining table or on the raised patio with your morning coffee and keep the chef company whilst letting in the ocean breeze and appreciating the view!

First Floor Master Bedroom:
An exquisite room with tall ceilings and its own freestanding bath and private balcony. Wake up and embrace the views whilst having a morning coffee surrounded by ancient woodland. This room is fit for a king and will ensure you wake up feeling refreshed to start a new day!
First Floor King Bedroom:
The second bedroom has a spacious continental king bed with its own sparkling en suite stocked with all the essentials and fluffy towels, so you don’t have to bring anything along. Enjoy the expansive views overlooking the garden and sea.
Second Floor Double Bedrooms:
After climbing the stairs to the second floor, you will find two cozy double bedrooms. One is a den/office with a double sofa bed and is ideal for guests seeking a quiet space to work from home with Wifi. Room four includes a double daybed in a characterful room next to the top floor bathroom.

✔ Guests will be able to enter the home via a key safe where the code will be sent prior to your arrival.
✔ The entire space will be exclusive to you and is spread across three floors accessible via a flight of stairs.
✔ There is plenty of parking space and a covered carport for two medium vehicles.
