“Our group of 4 (2 couples) enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The house was the perfect size. It had cute furnishings and everything was comfortable. We appreciated all the little touches and loved all the extras provided from the water to the snacks to the toiletries. The yard was a great size, although it would have been nice to have it fully fenced in for our dog. Great outdoor space as well which would be great for the warmer months. Location is great as well close to many things.……

“This place definitely met our need to be close to NY (drivable) for a graduation. Family and friends were able to gather and celebrate. Home was exactly as pictured online and yard did not disappoint. Although the weather was rainy and chilly, we made our way for morning walks to the beach 3-minutes away. Sun came out just in time for a cookout, although clouds rolled in at the end of the day. Not necessary to pay uber fares into NY (ranging from 50- 170) depending on the time of day. The……

“This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. ”

“Wow! I wish we could have stayed here more than just one night! The host was so accommodating of our last-minute reservation and provided friendly and thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. “The sheets were way over bleached and burned my skin. The bed is way too soft and the sofa is uneven and sinks. The area is quite scary especially at night, and it is surrounded by vacant lots and construction zones. Most of the other stores in this building are closed, and homeless people walking around. The cleaning products use have a distinctively bad smell that even the air conditioning couldn’t eliminate, and the air conditioners are so loud you can’t hear the tv if they are running.”
