“We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Such a wonderful, peaceful and well balanced home. My family and I enjoyed our entire stay. The kids loved the 2nd floor all to themselves. The house had everything you need and then some. Very clean and cozy. Close to everything in Cincinnati. The communication for check in was a breeze. We will definitely looks for this home first, the next time we visit Cincinnati. ”

“It may seem like you aren't at the right place, or that youre driving thru someone's yard, but once we got to the house, we had the best time. The directions were perfect, and the house was clean, and had everything we needed to have a great trip!”

“We didnt get the house listed, because of over booking, but the one they gave us was pretty nice. It had one more bedroom than the other, but was in a more heavily populated area. I was a little concerned, but it turned out that was not necessary. It was a great neighborhood, quiet, peaceful, felt safe, good location to stores and restaurants. House was clean, up-to-date, spacious, and beds were comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone. ”

“The cottage was nice with a comfortable bed. The view of the river was beautiful! The location is very close to downtown but it was not really safe to walk as there is no sidewalk and the road is quite busy. Overall it was a nice stay. ”

“Such a beautiful environment! Secluded and peaceful. Someone else mentioned the driveway. Just be super slow and careful. It isn’t easy to find the turnoff but I messaged beforehand so I figured it out. They added such nice additions like a few local beers in the fridge, coffee and even bubble bath! I did not pay attention to the one bathroom but it ended up working out. Also, if you have an elderly or disabled person the bathroom is up the steep stairs. It is huge for entertaining large crowds……

“Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.”

“This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. The bed in the bedroom was unsleepable (so soft/divot in the middle/1 thin……

“I’m a travel planner from NC. My husband, myself, and our two children came to Cincinnati for a mini vacation. We loved this property and the location. It was close to everything and offered a beautiful park in the neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay! ”

“Very quiet and relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy. We spent a couple days at the house fishing and swimming, lots to do without having to leave the property.
