“Filthy...cobwebs everywhere, ants in kitchen and I mean lots and lots of ants. Stained carpets. And best of all the linens were NOT changed. One bed had pubic hairs and blood stains on the sheets. Another had black crusty dirt between the flat sheet and the fitted sheet . The downstairs toilet tank literally was falling off. The small bedroom downstairs was just a bed off the master bedroom and looked like a place that you would keep kidnap.victims in. Neighborhood was beyond sketchy. Came……

“The studio apartment is cute and located on a decent part of town. Clean and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 1 child. Our only complaints were the bed is very uncomfortable and the neighbors upstairs stomping around all ours of the night. A few stetchy people hanging around the outside of our building but overall Ryan was great and attentive. ”

“We brought our two large Dobermans with and they loved the large fenced in backyard. The master bedroom bed was the so comfy that we fell right asleep. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood, but yet close to many restaurants, stores, etc. ”
