“A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the tv has Netflix, the place has a convenience store and dining options within the gated area so you’ll feel pretty safe. “I stayed here to attend an event at the skydome. The hotel is excellent for this but ask the staff for directions. I failed to do this and spent a long time looking for it. In fact its just a short distance through level 2 of the shopping centre. There is no need to descend to the chaos of street level. If you wanted to spend time shopping the location is paradise. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room clean and well provided with kettle, iron and ironing board. The bed comfortable……

“Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida……
