Awesome location with excellent accommodations. Best buffet breakfast of the four hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam in last three weeks. Front desk and Hotel managers extremely attentive to our requests. My wife, who is Vietnamese, spent hours talking to them for guidance about everything!

The Resort is really a lovely place. The Panorama View room was huge and had everything we needed. It was very nice to shower with such a view. Also the infinity swimming pool was amazing. There is also a spa and a small gym room. To go to the town you can rent a scooter. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you to Sarah, Luis and the other staff members for making our stay very comfortable. We can recommend this resort and would definitely come back. Sapa is a beautiful place to visit with it’s stunning nature.

This resort was beautifully situated in the hills. Although futher away from the busy city center, it was a perfect place to retreat. All of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. One of the staff, Quy, carted us to and from our room and gave recommendations as to where to go and various food options. The breakfast options varied but were all very tasty. We loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it.

All of the staff were so warm and welcoming. Sarah at reception went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. She even took time to call and check on our shuttle to take us back to the train station. She really made us feel special and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay in Sapa. Alors nous sommes arrivés il faisait environ 12 degrés la réception était glaciale le tapis d’entrée très sale et ça sentait la fumée dans tout le hall de réception On nous a accompagné à notre chambre il faisait 13 degrés dans la chambre impossible de me dévêtir on a dû appeler la réception qui ne répondait pas en plus ! Mon conjoint leur a expliqué qu’on ne pouvait pas rester dans une chambre à 13 degrés ! Le lendemain ils nous ont apporté un chauffage d’appoint ! Heureusement car nous ne serions pas resté ! Le petit déjeuner était correct mais l’état des sièges catastrophiques ! Franchement payer plus de 80€ la nuit c’est beaucoup trop cher !!

This was my favourite hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic. The hotel was unique with beautiful views. The room was lovely and clean. Staff shuttled us up and down from our room to the lobby within a couple minutes. The location was great too, so close to Catcat village and downtown Sapa, as well as the fanatical gondola. Can’t recommend this hotel more!

This property was advertised very well. Upon arrival the space looked nice too. It is definitely an average place to stay but not as good as you would think. Safety latch was broken as soon as we arrived, and staff tried to charge us extra money for this at checkout. Luckily we had taken a photo. Throughout the night we heard lots of people partying, yelling, and slamming doors. It took 2 days (majority of our stay) to get a night of sleep uninterrupted by this - Bear in mind we are in our 20’s and have stayed at party hostels that were more restful. Staff was good but again we have experienced better. Seems like not so much a place for foreign visitors. I will say the breakfast was good and there was definitely some helpful and very kind staff. Not a bad place to stay, but just not 5 stars.
