“Nice family hotel. The rooms are quite nice with the balcony and kitchenette, so we don’t have to spend all the time in restaurants. Well located, nice pools, chairs, nice beach. I would go again.”

“Sehr schönes, sauberes und angenehmes Hotel. Schöne Pool Anlage. Strand zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Und tiptop ausgestattete kleine Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”

“Das Hotel liegt super. Direkt am Strand, mit Pool. Es gibt’s viele Dinge die man so machen kann, Billard. Tennis, Basketball. Tolles Fitnessstudio, Minigolf… Cala D‘ihr mit all seinen Geschäften liegt direkt dran. Man kann zu Fuß viel erkunden. Die Bimmelbahn fährt am Hotel. Es gibt einige Supermärkte im Umkreis. Das Appartement hat Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle. Verpflegung klappt super selbst hier. Der einzige Nachteil, waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Die Zimmer riechen leider alle etwas……

“L’hôtel est bien situé, avec un supermarché juste en bas, et la plage et l’aéroport sont à proximité. C’est idéal pour visiter la baie de Palma. Le studio était agréable et la piscine très appréciable. Nous avons toutefois rencontré une fuite d’eau dans notre logement. Bien que l’intervention ait été rapide, nous aurions préféré une solution plus complète, même si on nous a assuré que ce n’était pas dangereux. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour.”

“The property and rooms were very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the pool. The location was walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches. Our room was located next to a loading door so we heard a lot of banging around with deliveries early in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent!”

“Hotel bien situado en Cala d’Or para explorar las playas de la zona. El centro del pueblo está relativamente cerca pero está en una zona tranquila. Personal amable y parking (aunque pequeño y con suelo de tierra) en las instalaciones, la mini-cocina estaba bien equipada y en la bañera el agua se regulaba bien.”

“Have stayed at Niu D'Aus before but not for about 9 years. Staff extremely helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool very clean but not really suitable for poor swimmers as becomes quite deep very quickly. Good location in a very quiet area. ”

“Sehr schöne Hotelanlage direkt an einer kleinen, schönen Bucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot genügend Auswahl. Wer etwas besichtigen möchte, benötigt auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Wenn wir wieder auf die Insel kommen, wird dieses Hotel unsere Wahl sein.”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
