“Une escale paradisiaque avec une impression d’être seuls au monde, jolie villa deux chambres avec piscine privée, magnifique plage de sable blanc et eau turquoise, piscine chaufée, jacuzzi et personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner et dîner en formule demi-pension copieux. Transferts en bateau avec vue incroyable sur le palais d’Abi Dhabi. ”

“房間似閒置了很久，入住前又沒有再安排清潔一次..地下非常污穢，部份燈泡壞了又沒更換，正常枕頭及墊枕應該各有2個，但得一個正式枕頭及2個墊枕，留字叫房務清潔時給我一個及更換房內燈泡..完全沒做。及後打去reception叫取才送上，亦無hair dryer提供。窗簾看似就甩掉似的..都不敢用力拉埋。 但位置很好，check in/check out服務非常有禮貌。免費停車場出入很方便。”

“I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again……

“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. Also very impressive with the cooking facility. The amenity included a swimming pool that made the kids happy in hot weather. The hotel……

“Enjoyed the location on the water, it was nice to walk along the boardwalk. There is a market in the 1st building which was convenient. Building was safe and clean, rooms were comfortable and location was close to the theme parks. Building has a doorman.”

“The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel.”

“I didn’t receive email with apartment # & access code, which created issue since there is no reception. The security people were very helpful & guided me & they managed to connect me to Silkhaus manager. After that there was an issue with opening the door lock which took 30 mins to figure out. ”
