“In der ersten Nacht wurden wir durch unerwartete Gleisarbeiten an der Straßenseite um unseren Schlaf gebracht wurden jedoch durch ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein anderes Zimmer entschädigt und es wurde sich zig mal für diese Unannehmlichkeit entschuldigt. Super gastfreundlich sage ich da nur. Zimmer sind sehr sauber die komplette Ausstattung und Badezimmer/ Dusche sind in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. ”

“The room and the hotel were really clean. And it is really quiet in the room, which is for me the most important. The only negative thing from my point of view about not to clean the room during the stay: this is for me only a way to spare money with the convenient excuse to protect the environment. All in all, I find this greenwashing quite annoying.”

“It was hard to make sure I was at the correct location because the Hotel sign is just a poster on the store front window. Once inside, the staff was helpful, and the room was very nice and comfortable. The location is very walkable to the main square and events I attended.”

“Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer in Top-Zustand. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bei einer Buchung über Expedia erhält man eine interne Nachricht mit einem Nicht-funktionierendem Link zum Online Checkin. Vor Ort gibt es nur einen Schlüsseltresor und man kommt nicht rein. Nach einer Email-Adresse wurde nie gefragt. Telefonieren hat zum Glück geholfen.”

“Wie besprochen bewerte ich natürlich auch den Aufenthalt. Wenn man direkt Zentrum nah sein möchte, gibt es glaube ich nichts besseres Anbindung zu allen Verkehrsmittel gibt es auch, Leute die es lieber ruhig möchten sind hier doch auch richtig obwohl es in der Bahnhofstraße in Saarbrücken ist. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme bestimmt wieder Mit freundlichen Grüßen und eine svhöne Zeit. Alexander Altpeter”
