“Willie, our host, went above and beyond to secure for us a hotel stay because he realized he had us double-booked, by accident. He was sincerely apologetic, put us up in a beautiful hotel, & offered to have us follow him to the hotel when we got lost. Willie went out of his way for us. Next time, whoever we go with, we will confirm a few times prior to our trip, to hopefully catch this kind of error.”

“Was a little confusing as to the exact address (unit number) and once we got a hold of the host we were able to find the condo. Quiet comfortable condo. Could have had some extras as in dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and perhaps an electric kettle but made due. Host provided us with a bottle of champagne and several treats so this was a bonus.”

“We could not get in with the lockbox combination given to us. The toilet ran continuously. The garbage disposal was plugged up. The bathroom fan did.not work . There was a bad odo r for 3.days. we could never get ahold of the office.. the unit was pictored with a walkin tub. It had 2 regular tubs. You had to force the refergerator door shut.”

“Spacious, clean, lovely setting, quiet gated neighborhood & all details provided. Our communications were prompt, clear and welcoming. Gated pool area is beautiful and of course, the weather was perfect this time of year. We loved the open kitchen, dining and living room plus high ceilings and large master bedroom.Seriously consider this home. Its location is good to access your sightseeing and exploration of the area. We appreciate the opportunity to make our stay here and look forward to……

“We were pleasantly surprised with the updated interior of the unit. It was clean, well appointed, and appeared to be recently renovated. The one problem was the outside stairs going up to the unit. There was no railing to hold onto (which makes it treacherous for seniors and carrying luggage up and down), and the stairs were in disrepair, there were stains on the walls that looked as if a dog had urinated next to the upper landing area…a bad first impression and completely out of character for……

“We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande. ”

“Stayed for a month in this spacious one bedroom condo, can't say enough about the amazing amenities and cleanliness of the facilities. Best gym we have ever seen in a rental, pool was spotless and not busy and the restaurants across the road were all amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Check in process was incredibly easy. The link to verify your stay they send you once you book was very easy to navigate.We were very grateful this property has some rooms with pet accommodations. When we arrived at the property there was a map of the complex to help find your room. The parking lot was not over crowded and had covered parking which is nice in AZ. The grounds were kept nice. Actual grass on the common areas. Rocks were mostly debris free . Some of the trash cans were overflowing……

“We stayed for a couple of days primarily for a place to rest and shower. However, we encountered several issues: the front door had trouble closing properly due to misaligned deadbolt. Additionally, some furniture was broken, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. We also dealt with a rude neighbor who complained about the noise we made while trying to close the front door. On a positive note, the showers were hot and the beds were comfortable.”
