“Property was as described. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay near downtown Gilbert restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Phoenix-Mesa Airport. Communication was quick and responsive by the host. Had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.”

“We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande. ”

“This was a perfect location for us as we were visiting family who winter in Sunscape RV Resort which is less than 5 minutes away. Within walking distance, there is a golf course with bar and grill although we didn't have time to check it out. We had everything that we needed in this VRBO. Thank you!”

“PRO’s: Spacious, well equipped, and close to shopping, groceries, restaurants. No adjacent shared wall units. Property management was very prompt and accommodating to requests. Nice nearby Park other side of parking area. CON: Bedrooms have blinds only, no curtains to lessen sunlight/side-street noise. ”

“We loved The Cays and would definitely revisit. Requesting a different condo. As we were not happy with #160. 1. Being on the 1st floor over the garage is very cold. 2. Location of condo over garage entrance is undesirable. You can hear the chainlike open and close. 3. The furniture, leather sofa, chair, and beds in both bedrooms were uncomfortable. 4. Carpeting in both bedrooms were very dirty. 5. Kitchen utensils and dishes were undesirable for the cost of the rental - such as, melmac dishes……

“We could not get in with the lockbox combination given to us. The toilet ran continuously. The garbage disposal was plugged up. The bathroom fan did.not work . There was a bad odo r for 3.days. we could never get ahold of the office.. the unit was pictored with a walkin tub. It had 2 regular tubs. You had to force the refergerator door shut.”

“Liked the location being so close to major roads, large pool and workout room, several restaurants within steps of the building. Did not like the hard-as-a-park-bench sofa, coffee table with wobbly legs, cheap kitchen and bathroom counter tops that were hard to clean. Really didn’t like the slow response when we had issues: three weeks plus follow ups initiated by us to get a working tv remote; another three weeks plus follow ups initiated by us to get a window blind fixed; never did get a……

“This was hands down the best decision ever! We have dogs and to find a place that actually accepts pets and you don't have to take them with you during the day was perfect. We stayed in "pet friendly" hotels but couldn't leave the dogs during the day! I would definitely go back!”
