“We just loved this stay!! Everything was just as described, but with some aspects that words and photos don’t capture. Such Amazing energy in this place!! Great combination of modern, industrial, simple craftsman, and so much character! The view of the river and the various wildlife we got to enjoy made you feel like you were pretty isolated, yet conveniently located in town. “We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little……

“This is a beautiful home with walking access to the Saint Lawrence River. The communication with the owners was terrific and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We biked the loop from Clayton to Cape Vincent stopping at a few breweries, a light house and a winery. We then grilled out at the home and truly enjoyed the upper open deck with a full moon!”
