Interior was clean, safe, private, and access to support when needed (I locked myself out). I received a follow up message immediately. Booking process was easy to navigate.

Not good experience
The suite had some issues and when I told them they replied they would fix it all soon but didn't. The blinds on the large window were damaged. The bathroom door is missing a screw on the top hinch and the door is not functioning well. I had shared a yard with the family living in the front suite, and they had 3 dogs. One time when I was getting back to my suite it was close to biting me and I had to run. Also, the yard was almost always full of dog waste. Also, before moving I asked the owner about the washing machine and dryer, and he texted me yes, we have both, but when I moved, he never responded and the Art House Abb replied "We do not have any washer/dryer and I'm truly sorry for the mistake".
