House Rules for Guests

1. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the property.

2. No Pets Allowed
We love animals, but this property is not pet-friendly due to allergies and maintenance concerns.

3. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Quiet enjoyment for all guests and neighbors is expected.

4. Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

5. Maximum Occupancy: Two Guests

Please report any damage or breakage immediately. Guests may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

10. No Commercial Photography or Filming
Commercial use of the property is not permitted without prior written consent.
