- Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $50/hour. Please let us know the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We do a thorough cleaning between guests and we kindly ask that before leaving, place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out the trash. Please leave the home generally as you found it.
- August Smart Lock: When leaving or upon checkout, press the Yale logo or checkmark and the deadbolt will lock. You do not need to enter the code to lock the door. It will lock automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- Garbage: We have arranged for a garbage collection service to pick up trash from our property. Assure your vehicles are not blocking the garbage cans. Please take your garbage out to the cans on the right side of the home by Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning pickup so that garbage does not accumulate.
