Home was advertised 3B/3 full baths but was only 2.5 baths. Made the trip difficult as 3 couples had to take shifts using the showers, we had to leave the room so others could have privacy. I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience. They asked me to show where I saw 3 full baths, so I screenshot the ad. They changed the ad and next day responded stating it doesn't say that and denied a refund. They changed it & lied about the ad. When we arrived, the smoke detector was beeping as the battery was dead. We asked them to replace the battery, they asked us to go buy a battery and replace ourselves. We had to go to the store, but the detector was on a high ceiling, there was no ladder, so my husband had to climb on top of a barstool to change it. The water filter on the fridge expired. They asked me to get the filter number so they could "change it for my next trip with them" & refused to come change it. The kitchen garbage was full, I asked where additional bags were, they said they only give 1 bag, because people steal them. We had to use grocery bags to put our garbage in the rest of the trip. The dumpster was full, we had to leave the garbage in the kitchen. The dishes were sparse & didn't match, towels were awful, like shop towels, none matched & they were hard. Like they bought everything from 5 different garage sales. No hand towels or kitchen towels so we had to buy paper towels. Couch smelled like BO. Carpet & walls were filthy. Furniture was falling apart.
