⾕ - Hosts have lived in Sacramento for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. We provide full concierge service for all types of activities and gladly provide recommendations for restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy the City to its fullest extent possible.

✦ - Early Check-in and Late checkout are sometimes possible with an additional fee, please check us in advance to see if we can accommodate you

☾♬♪ - Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation

🅿 - Parking must be in the driveway or garage. Parking that blocks the sidewalks is not allowed and is grounds for fines and possible eviction

⏱ - Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily

彡 - Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist on the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest

⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in

♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase

༄ؘ - VRBO at times will restrict who can travel and stay at certain listings. If for some reason VRBO is not allowing you to book, please message the hosts and we will take care of the issue
