Overall pretty good property and not that far form midtown. Only inconvenience is it’s next to the freeway so pretty noisy other than that everything was fine.

If you’re looking for a clean hotel this is it, SUPER clean. If you’re looking for fancy, fancy this is NOT it. The breakfast was just okay but for the price and location I would say overall GREAT bargain!

Upon check in our room beds had stains on them. We told the front desk clerk and he switched the room. The new room had the same issue so he suggested a new room. We asked for new linen and they said they didn’t have any. The new room also had some stains but we removed some of the linens and stayed until we tried to find new accommodation. A few days

Although there was a security guard driving and walking around, in the back corner of the lot was a car parked, looked like they were “partying”. It could have been guests but it felt odd.

Booked a room through Expedia, but the first room reeked of urine. Switched to another that smelled like smoke. Both were so bad we couldn’t stay, left, and paid more elsewhere. Disappointing experience.

The property location is OK. Not too far from the main stay in the area. Breakfast ends too early, so at 9am, I wasn't even able to get fruit nor drink! The beds are squeaky and noisy! The mattress doesn't stay in place. Room 112 needs a NEW toilet seat! The current one does not fit the toilet, so you sit on BOTH the seat and the toilet! The room has lots of flies! The staff was pleasant but seemed very tired and sluggish

It’s a cheap place so you really shouldn’t expect much. I arrived at the overnight window to check in since I got in extremely late. The original room I booked was in complete shambles when I walked in. I had to return to the overnight window and get another room. Then I didn’t know you had to request the room to be made up at the front desk, so for my entire stay, my room was not made up, and there wasn’t even a “do not disturb” tag for my door handle in my room. I complained about this during checkout and they said they would call me today to get more details. They did not call me today. I will happily pay extra so I don’t have to walk by the same trash in the hallways and dog feces in the middle of the sidewalks by the pool here. The staff clearly does not care about the cleanliness of the rooms, property, or comfort of the guests and will happily inconvenience you and lie through their teeth about offering discounts, refunds, or callbacks so they can take your hard earned money. I would not be surprised if they did not return my credit card deposit authorization. I would rather pay an extra $30 a night so I won’t have to be in an awful place like this
