"When i had an initial problem with my room upon check in, i stopped into the offince before leaving for my event and told them. They upgraded my room for the inconvenience and gave me a new room without question or issue. They even let me move my things from my original room after my event instead ..."

"All was good except the reservation said - includes breakfast - assuming there was a breakfast bar. the one and only option was a pre-packed bag with very unhealthy options. Until the breakfast bar opens - maybe a small menu to choose from - not all of us eat Jimmy Dean. thank you"
